We are a small breeder of Border Collies, located about 35 miles south of St. Louis, in Jefferson County, Missouri.
Our dogs come from good working stock, and we occasionally breed them to produce quality pups. We raise the pups in-house with lots of love, and we pay close attention to their individual personalities and drives. This way, when you are looking at a particular pup, we can let you know whether or not your needs are compatible with the pups temperament.
Last year on June 30th, 2007, we had something happen to us that most pet owners never hope happens to them. We had our beloved dog "Pea" stolen from us. She had her tags on, was registered with AVID and despite a desperate search for her, we have still not been able to find her. We are still offering a $2,000 reward for her save return.
It has basically tore our hearts out not knowing where she is and hoping that she is not somewhere out in a dirty yard tied to an old rope hoping someone will feed her a meal once a day. It's obvious that she has not been taken to any shelters or vets as we have had no word of anyone actually seeing her. I am hoping by posting her pictures on our web site maybe someone would have stumbled across her. She's unusual looking in the face, so it's not like a needle in a haystack. Plus she has beautiful gold eyes. We just would like her back and hope someone would come forward with some information.
